Coming from the north
- From Florence, take the A1 motorway towards Rome for 90 kilometers (45 minutes).
- Exit at “Valdichiana.”
- Follow the signs for Montepulciano.
- Once in Montepulciano, follow the signs for Chianciano.
- After 2 kilometers, you will come to a crossroads (you will leave Montepulciano on your right).
- Keep left for Chianciano Terme. After one and a half kilometers, you will find a detour on the right for Monticchiello (Via della Montagna).
- After 700 meters, on your right, you will see the Sant'Antonio sign near a large iron gate.
Coming from the south
- From Rome, follow the A1 motorway towards Florence
- After 140 kilometers, exit at “Chiusi - Chianciano Terme”
- Follow the signs for Chianciano Terme (12 kilometers until Chianciano Terme)
- Drive through Chianciano and follow the signs for Montepulciano.
- After passing Chianciano, drive through a small village called Sant' Albino.
- Once you are past the Terme di Montepulciano (which will be on your right), continue uphill for 2 kilometers until you reach the junction for Monticchiello (on the left).
- Turn left and you will be on “Via della Montagna”
- After 700 meters, you will see the Sant'Antonio sign on your right near a large iron gate.
