 Probably the most private cottage. It is situated 15 meters from our terraces which have barbecue sites and magnificent views of Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano Lake and Chiusi Lake in the distance.
The cottage shares the same view from the arched entrance as the terraces and is furnished with a garden table and chairs.
The entrance leads into the lounge (with a large window, again with the same panorama) that shares the same room as the open plan oak wood kitchen and rustic dining area, satellite television and an open fireplace.
The one bedroom has a double bed with an orthopaedic mattress and the bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, bidet and sink.
