| All prices quoted include value added tax however during the winter period, the consumption of central heating is calculated on a consumption basis per individual apartment as a supplementary charge to be settled at the end of your stay. |

 From the arched entrance furnished with a garden table and chairs for morning coffee to be taken outdoors is a private entrance that leads into the spacious lounge, dining area and open plan kitchen.
The lounge furnished in Tuscan style rustic furniture has satellite television.
The kitchen, made from dark pine is fully equipped with all necessary pots, pans, fine china and glass wear for typical Tuscan cooking, is furnished with a rustic cypress wood table and chairs.
Some parts of the wall has the original 12th century stone work.
The one bedroom has a double bed with an orthopaedic mattress and the bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, bidet and sink. |
